ANNUAL CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW EVENT

The OOWA will hold the Annual Conference and Trade Show on Sept. 23-25, 2025 at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center. This year's event features the annual trade show, various classes and discussions in collaboration with the DEQ, NAWT, industry manufacturers, and our own OOWA Board.

We invite manufacturers, distributors, wastewater product sales, and others within or outside of the wastewater industry to sponsor the annual event in support of the OOWA's mission to uplift the professionalism and ethics in our businesses. In addition to the event, your contribution supports the organization in changing rules and regulations for the betterment of the industry.

We have several attendance options, as well as vendor and sponsorship opportunities to be posted soon! We hope to see you there!

Conference Schedule

Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025:

  • Vendors and Sponsors with booths will have access to the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center to move in their materials on Tuesday, Sept 23rd from 10am to 5pm.  
  • There are additional classes available during this day.
  • Lunch is scheduled from 12pm-1pm.
Wednesday, September 24th, 2025: Full Conference Day
  • Our conference will kick off with opening remarks, and the trade show will be open all day, September 24th, and will continue into Thursday, September 25th, until 4pm.
  • Classes will be in session throughout the day.
  • Lunch is scheduled from 12pm-1pm.
Thursday, September 25th, 2025: Full Conference Day
  • Classes and trade show opportunities will continue through 4pm. We’ll round out the day with updates on OOWA State of the Industry and closing remarks.
  • Lunch is scheduled from 12pm-1pm.

  • Vendors move out from 4pm-7pm.
